Flat rate mobile is a bundle of services that allow unlimited local and long distance calls in the U.S. & Canada from a mobile phone. Some restrictions apply read the terms of service for more information.
Who provides flat rate mobile?
Mobile service is provided through the Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobile plan. SpeechPhone provides the residential VoIP unlimited local and long distance "Unlimited Speech" plan as well as the SpeechPhone, Mandi Service.
How do I get flat rate mobile?
Click on the subscribe tab and then download the subscription agreements. Fill in the forms and fax them back to us at the number listed.
Yes, you will pay Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobile plan. You will pay SpeechPhone $35 per month for unlimited speech. This equals $75.00 per month (excluding taxes and surcharges). This includes unlimited local and long distance calls in the U.S. and Canada for your personal use. See terms of service for restrictions.
There is none. Just sign up for the Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobilet plan Then sign up for SpeechPhone "Unlimited Speech" and register. Give out your SpeechPhone number to receive calls. Don’t give out your mobile number. Press the “2” key for 1 second to dial calls using your voice. Do not use the mobile phone keypad to dial calls.
Can I use my existing mobile phone?
If you have a mobile phone service that offers free calls to or from a specific number than you can subscribe to "Unlimited Speech" from SpeechPhone to add flat rate calling to your mobile phone; however, if callers continue to call your existing number or if you use your mobile keypad you may incur additional charges. We recommend that you port your existing number to SpeechPhone.
Do I have to order a new phone?
Not if you already have a Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobile phone.
Do I have to change service providers?
It depends on who your existing service provider is. We provide flat rate mobile service primarily through Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobile. If you are already using Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobile you do not need to switch your service. If you don’t use Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobile, you will be required to switch.
What if I already have Sprint?
Then you can keep your existing account - just change your plan to Sprint FREE Incoming 300 and subscribe to SpeechPhone "Unlimited Speech" for $35 per month and. Make sure you give out your SpeechPhone number for people to call you. Also, make sure you use SpeechPhone to place outbound calls; otherwise, you may incur additional charges.
Yes, you will be billed approximately $49.99 per month from Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobile (plus taxes & surcharges). You will be billed and debited $35 per month from SpeechPhone (plus taxes & surcharges). SpeechPhone generate an on-line bill and debits your credit card or bank account.
Is there a term contract required?
Yes, Sprint, Nextel, or T-Mobile requires a two year term contract. SpeechPhone does not require a term contract. You can cancel SpeechPhone with 30-days written notice at any time.
